A clear plan before you travel
We explain the proposed appointment, expected length of stay and what the written offer includes. Ask about accommodation, transfers, companions, tests, follow-up and costs.
Details vary by procedure and personal needs. We confirm included services and any additional costs before you book.
Confirm your appointment and prepare for travel
After the programme and date are confirmed, share your airport, flight number and arrival time. We explain how to contact us and where to go on arrival.
If tests or special preparation are needed, the medical team gives you instructions. Tell the clinician about your health conditions and medicines.
Airport reception and coordinated transfers
If airport reception is included in your programme, we confirm the meeting point and how to identify the driver or representative before taking you to the hotel.
Tell us about any flight change or delay. Transfers between the hotel, clinic and airport are arranged according to the agreed programme.
Arrive at the hotel and take time to rest
After check-in, relax before your appointment. We review the visit schedule and clinic transfer time, and our team remains available for your questions.
We confirm the hotel, room type and number of nights before booking. Tell us in advance about a companion or extra nights so we can explain availability and costs.
Consultation and appointment at the clinic
The clinician assesses your case and explains the proposed plan, recovery, expected results, risks and alternatives. Ask questions before agreeing to treatment.
Our coordination team helps with appointments. The initial plan or length of stay may change after medical assessment; we discuss changes before the procedure.
Follow-up and your return journey
